I noticed others have left negative reviews and had a poor experience at this store. My experience was positive, mainly because I had done everything online beforehand. I was dropping off equipment, so when I checked in, I was able to drop off my equipment with no wait. I did have to see 2 different people to do that because my equipment was still showing as active even though it was supposed to disconnect today. But there was no wait to see the second guy and he took care of it easily and I got a receipt for returning the equipment. When you return equipment, make sure you get a receipt. My friend was with me and had ordered equipment for new service online and I checked him in and at first they told me 35 to 45 minutes and he was 11th in line. However, I asked the guy I dealt with if they woukd send him a text message when they were ready for him and he said they could. But then I explained my daughter was in the car and we would be waiting in the car until they were ready for him. He asked my friend's name amd saw that he was just picking up equipment. He said wait 10 minutes and have him come back in and they would give him the equipment. We waited the 10 minutes, he went back

I had an outstanding experience at the Xfinity Store, thanks to Savan! He went above and beyond to help me purchase my new phone and took the time to explain every detail, including the plans, features, and options, so I felt completely confident in my decision. Savan was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. He never rushed me and made sure all of my questions were answered. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service, and I truly appreciate the extra effort he put into helping me. I left the store very happy with my purchase and the overall experience. Thank you, Savan, for your exceptional service—I highly recommend asking for him if you visit this Xfinity store!

WOW. What happened? Before they opened the new location, I never had an issue with a simple matter such as returning my equipment. It was pretty straightforward, and I was on my way within minutes. I showed up today a quarter past 10 am when they opened, and there were already over 20 people waiting to be helped. There were only TWO people assisting customers, while one employee checked everyone in. Management needs to get it together here. Figure out a way for those of us with super simple tasks (equipment returns) to be taken care of promptly like you did in the past with a simple scan, so we're not waiting an hour (or more) while someone argues about their billing or signs up for something (why they aren't handling this via phone, I don't know) This place is an inefficient MESS!

3/2026 4* Nice place. Clean and they check you in immediately. Long wait, but the worst was that the preordered equipment I was stopping by to pick up (30 minute wait) was wrong. Found out after several phone calls for help. They gave me the wrong box. UGH! Had to go back and wait in line again. Second time it was right. Staff was nice. Just wanted to only talk with them once.

I had a great experience at this store. We came in with a pretty complicated situation - multiple lines, device questions, and trying to figure out the best deal for our family without increasing our monthly bill. Monay patiently walked us through all the options, explained everything clearly, and helped us choose the plan that truly made the most sense for us - not just the most expensive one. I really appreciated the honesty and attention to detail. After that, Julian stepped in and carefully walked me through the entire setup process, making sure everything was transferred correctly and answering all my questions. It made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. Everyone in the store was genuinely kind. You can tell they actually care about helping people, not just making a sale. If you’re looking for a new mobile carrier or devices, I highly recommend stopping by this location. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and a really positive atmosphere.
